We want to provide an update on last week's COVE ingestion issues. As of this weekend, this issue was resolved and your system should be up and running like usual.
Unfortunately, we discovered an issue with the Partner Player displaying on a number of station sites. The error message reads as follows:
"We are experiencing technical difficulties that are preventing us from playing the video at this time. Please try to reload the page."
If you encounter this error, know that we are actively working to fix this as soon as possible and will let you know when it is resolved.
