What is Curate?

Curate manages the localized content that surfaces on PBS.org and on OTT devices. It provides a simple admin for stations and robust content scheduling and curation tools, allowing users to display content that will engage visitors.


Who can use it?

Curate comes with an administrative dashboard, or console, that is used to add all of your content. To gain access to the console, you must use your PBS account credentials.



Log-in to Curate

For security, access to Curate is limited to designated station employees.
Access can be requested by filing a 
support ticket.

How should I use Curate?

On PBS.org, you can update:

  • The third hero image on PBS.org

  • Videos on your station's Video Portal and Passport page

  • Specific Station links

  • Local videos to highlight

  • "Best of PBS" newsletter content

On Station show pages, you can update:

  • Broadcast information

  • Carousel/Hero images

  • Promotional links and official websites

  • Show hashtags

Send Us Your Portrait Images

PBS Digital recently launched a PBS app on Amazon Fire TV. As you may have noticed, the images for this app are all portrait instead of the usual landscape orientation. Because of this, local program images are currently not appearing since we do not have portrait images for your content.
