The Help Page Gets A Facelift

We're pleased to share that the PBS Digital Support Team collaborated with the PBS Digital Design Team to release a new and improved Helpdesk site (help.pbs.org) earlier this month. This page is mainly for public users and not station/producers, but station membership departments are welcome to refer to articles for their users as needed. 

Some features of the new page include:

-       Secure SSL domain

-       PBS global chrome header which has the localized station logo and links back to pbs.org

-       Revised FAQ articles, which will continue to be updated and revised as needed

-       An improved look and feel with category icons and buttons for each supported device

-       Increased analytics on the FAQ pages

-       “Most Popular” articles which are listed on the front page to address some of the most common questions being received by the Support Team

-       Placement on the main page to for important announcements when available, such as PBS offices being closed or known major technical issues that are being investigated

-       Easy ticket submission

Products and content for member stations to better serve their audience.
