Several different American and British research studies, from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, The Independent, and market research firm eMarketing.com show a fairly depressing outlook on what people do with their days: people spend more time on TV, cell phones, and the internet than they do exercising, being with friends and family, eating, sleeping, showering, and volunteering (and everything else), combined!
